Rookie League
For rookie golfers, we have co-ed 9-hole leagues that run in 5-week sessions at The Glen Golf Park (see below for start dates and times).
The league is played in a scramble format. You’ll meet other golfers and engage in some friendly competition! You can sign up as an individual or with friends, and we’ll take care of the rest. (You only need a set of golf clubs and a good attitude to play.)
To play in our leagues, complete the 2 STEPS below.
STEP 1: All players must each pay the one-time seasonal $100 league fee that covers administration and prizes. Once you have paid this fee you can sign up (and pay the green fees) and play in as many of our league sessions as you wish.
STEP 2: Sign up and pay for each 5-week league session below.
The greens fees for each 5-week session are in addition to the $100 league fee paid in Step 1. The green fees include the 9-hole walking fee for the 5-week session. The session green fee depends on whether you have bought a golf pass/loyalty card from the City of Madison.
Carts can be rented for an additional fee.
City of Madison season pass holders: $0/Session
City of Madison loyalty card holders: $125/Session
Regular player (no season pass or loyalty card): $135/Session
Sign up for each 5-week session using the buttons below. The date on the button is that session's start date. The session will run for 5 weeks from that date.
The league's first tee-time is at 5:40 p.m. Your personal tee-time will vary each week but range from 5:40 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
